We want you to love what you wear. All sales are final, but we stand behind the quality of every item — if something's wrong, we'll make it right.

What's Covered

We'll offer a free replacement or exchange if:

• Your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted
• You received the wrong item or wrong size due to our error
• Your order never arrived and tracking confirms it was lost in transit

What's Not Covered

We're unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Buyer's remorse or change of mind
• Incorrect size ordered by the customer (please check our size guide before ordering!)
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

How to Request a Replacement

1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at threadsofscriptures@gmail.com
2. Include your order number and a photo of the issue (damage, misprint, wrong item, etc.)
3. We'll review and respond within 2 business days with next steps
4. Approved replacements ship at no additional cost to you

Sizing

Please review our size chart carefully before ordering — we're unable to offer free exchanges for sizing errors. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for our oversized streetwear fit.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we can only accommodate cancellation requests within 2 hours of purchase. Please email us immediately if you need to cancel.
